It's a PAID membership, and it certainly isn't made clear on the sign up form that the one day membership is a limited one. In fact, it is just listed as 1 among 3 cc options, and it says "$3.95 for 1 Day", not "$3.95 for a 1 Day limited trial".

If I joined that site as a surfer, I would sure as hell charge back. Yours is apparently precisely the type of site that makes surfers think all adult sites are out to scam them. Congrats.
