Seen some of those programs lately,if you want to scare your visitors off this is definatly for you
I don't think anyone you got a spy+spamware toolbar will happily visit your page again,but maybe he won't be able to do that cause he gets redirected on every 10th homepage visit - who knows
There are definatly better ways to make money with traffic.
