I see the listing on ROSKO that you're referring to (
http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso/eviden...kso_id=ROK4094), and I think this was covered by other people in an earlier post - the listing for July, 2004, was Phil asking on a common ISP bulletin board about a point-to-point T1. Anyone can find that by googling, it's not spam, it was a legitimate business request. It's probably on ROSKO because they wanted to show an updated email address for Phil, who was formerly known by them as an employee of Five Elements.
So...
Was the hahahahahaha at the same domain? Yes. Was it spam? No.
Date of listing in ROSKO: July 2004
Date we bought reflected: November 2004
Difference: 4 months
Therefore... my company? No.
