Im inclined to believe Daniel above, and think you should be fine with Reflected. The name was just thrown around because of previous involvment by Phil who was affiliated with Reflected.
Id be willing to say you're safe where you are, and should stay.... If you are truly worried you can make a backup of your files (which you should have to begin with, FTC problems or no).
