i thought you may have some knowledge if you post about that one domain dropping. PR is weird tough - one of my sites has a PR4 on www.domain.com but a PR3 on www.domain.com/index.php - but there is no other index, then the php file.
but i dont have SE knowledge, maybe it makes sense for someone else hehComment
