i havent been in the 180 range since years ago. but when i quit smoking about 6 years ago i packed on all the weight. then in 2003 i became really active, i started palying soccer and ate my meals 3 times a day on schedule. i cut out carbonated drinks too. and just by doing those simple things i lost all that weight. i still eat what i want, but i make sure its at decent hours though
