Firstly, we would like to apologize for the problems our affiliates are facing with their statistics, it is a frustrating time for all, yourself and myself included. Please rest assured we are working on the problem and we do hope everything will be completed soon.
JuicyBucks has experienced a large amount of growth in the last few months. This has been a great blessing, but we have also realised we have some work to do if we wish to continue growing our business and the business of our affiliates. The crux of the problem is this: our tracking systems are working correctly, however, our reporting software is having some issues dealing with the increased volume.
We have people working on the situation as I type this, they are working hard to resolve the issue. As issues are resolved, we will let our affiliates know either via email or board notices. Once we are back in 100% shape, we will definately do something special for our affiliates, who have been very understanding during this period. I ask that you be patient with us, and good things will come.
Once again we thank everyone for their patience and understanding in this matter, we are all working hard to get everything back to normal. You have all been great during this period and Scott and I both thank you for this.
Not the best way to kick off 2005 but with every hurdle faced you are one step closer to winning.
