                                  If you know someone is a cop, why go any further with them?

                                  Seems to me a better approach would have been to ask the undercover to leave, stop hiring models for awhile (temporarily buy custom content; use outsourced feeds, etc if need be), and consulted with an attorney immediately right then for assistance in heading off pending trouble.

                                              well it was going to happen regardless as I was aware that they are now looking at me, so it didnt matter, my attorney has been there since day one of opening the company so I didnt need to back down. And had already informed me as to what to do in the case they come after me.

                                                  lol... is making porn LEGAL in Missourri? Yes!? Then its abuse of power on their part.. Using their power trying to "punish" those they dont like or agree with... A bit like if police officer would arrest pro-choice people accusing them of being killers...

                                                  A judge need to first rule that recruiting models for porn or making porn is illegal before the police can arrest you... The police cannot take the liberty to interpretate the law as they whish....

                                                  You should sue them for your lawyers fees and then some...

                                                      Yeah I hear you, the thing is, its not illegal, our legal given right for fredom of expression is not illegal. Since they cannot prevent me from shooting adult movies, they push a prostitution charge to hope that it will scare me and back me down and prevent me from shooting in hopes that I will stop completely. Not gonna happen. Taking this shit all the way, cant wait til I can show my ass to the judge and those who represent this bullshit ass conservative town. Born and raised in Saint Louis, MO. But I have always said, Fuck Saint Louis, MO. Aint shit here, but fake ass motherfuckers.

                                                          Not necessarily if you had cut them off at the pass so to speak...answering the undercover's questions likely helped them lay much of the groundwork of their investigation.

                                                          According to your page, the authorities say the investigation had lasted about a month, which was about the same time you first met with the undercover agents.

                                                          If you'd asked them to leave and toned things down for awhile at the start, their investigation would have likely taken significantly longer...perhaps so long and expensive they'd move on.

                                                          In regards to your attorney...you got nailed with no advanced warning...seems to me he wasn't any help. Is he a criminal attorney? Doesn't sound like it ... knowingly doing business with an undercover agent is bad legal advice - or did he not know?

                                                                  Cases involving a long time investigations are overseen by the Prosecutors office. THEY would have cut the arrest order, not some cop.

                                                                      I was in jail for 3 weeks due to a situation at my bank which had me relying on friends and family who arent wealthy. And yes Robert Herman is a First Amendment and Criminal attorney and he is representing me in court. He has defended a few people that I know of, one name mentioned was Bruce Thomas.
                                                                      Bruce's situation is very similar to mine as he to was charged with these exact charges, but Bruce decided to snatch out on 6 months unsupervised probation. I didnt understand that, especially considering that they gave him all of his production equipment. I felt a suit was in order, but as he stated, he just wanted to get it over. Im going all the way, Im not taking a conviction nor give them any feeling that they won. They are winning now, but Imma be the big kahuna in the end.

                                                                              Three weeks seems like a long time to make bond for these charges.

                                                                              Glad you are taking it seriously - justice isn't cheap in America, but if you get a good lawyer, you have a good chance. I have read Herman's name in news articles in the past. A quick Google search shows that he does work (or used to) for the ACLU and he has handled some high profile cases.

                                                                                      Ok seems as if you have a problem with me just so you know since you are so irritating right now. There was a $25.000.00 deposit made to my account that was in the process of being posted. Since the amount was so high, it took longer to post than normal, which put funds on hold.

                                                                                      My attorney has been paid and things are going to be fine, since you are so interested in me, I will keep you posted as to what is going on, simply supply me with an email address and I will inform you personally. Then maybe we can shoot a quality production together once this is over.
