    How do I stop getting so much spam?

    I use outlook, have all my default settings on and I get like 40 spam emails per day... other than emailing all these fucks and telling them to fuck off how can I stop this?

    For the last 4 years I have just deleted them but I often delete valid emails too... what do you guys do/suggest?

              If you email them and tell them to fuck off, you just confirmed your email address and added yourself to 40 NEW lists.

                          dont respond to them. by clicking on anylink that says "remove" shows that your address is active.. i heaed good things on Spam Com iv never tried it so i give dfetails on it..

                              i don't see why ppl would do that. ppl who want off the lists aren't going to buy anything, just wastes bandwidth.
