each time i send him an email
asking logistical questions
about file size, run time,
bit rates, delivery of videos
etc,

he picks and chooses one
question that he answers,
and makes no reference to
any other questions that
were asked in the same email.

i have better things to do then
email him six times to get six
answers that should have
been answered in the first email.

at this point, i've asked him
atleast three times in three
seperate emails:

"if i purchase video clips from
you in the next hour, when will you
upload them to my ftp server?"

i've received three email responses
in reference to that question, without
any of them answering my question.

this is not a good way for any company
to instill confidence in it's buyers.

curious to hear about your "purchasing"

Everybody that has purchased from me has had a pleasant experience.I'm not a big company, but have been overwhelmed by the response of so many orders in such a small time frame with every webmaster wanting the scenes in different formats. I'm trying to please everybody by taking the machines I have and re-sizing WMV files, re-encoding, dupping minidv tapes...blah blah blah..When you ask me a question, you sound like you are from a different country..that's why I asked you where are you from...So how about this ..I choose who I sell my scenes to...and I decided NOT to sell to you..go buy from SOBE.. my experience with simon
is as weird as it is hard to
describe, so i've listed a
bit of corresspondense
between us that caused
my mistrust of him.

in an email to simon i ask:

one of simons replies:

another of simons replies:

answers like those tend to make
buyers wonder if you know what
you are talking about.



then he sends an email asking:

I don't take Visa, but I do take bank transfer of check and money order


who in their right mind would purchase
$1,000 worth of videos for their first pucrchase
from someone that they know nothing about,
and have never bought from before, and
from someone who was asking for payment
by check, money order or bank transfer which
would leave the buyer with little or no recourse
from being ripped off.

any content provider with any sense at all
understands that "business relations" and
"trust" need be established before making
offers like that. it's just very unprofessional.

at this point, i'm wondering if english is a
second language to simon, as maybe he
doesn't understand my question. another
thought was maybe a child is using simons
computer and simon is unaware.

after reading simons posts on this board
and comparing them to the way he speaks
in his emails, it's hard to believe that it's
the same person. on this board he is able
to articulate and understand what others
are posting. but in his emails to me, it is
pretty much the opposite.


he finally answered my question
after asking him four times in
four seperate emails:

it's seems like he was very hesitant to commit
as to when he was going to send the videos,
which made me more suspicous.

since i'm already questioning his credibility
from his previous correspondence, his answer
seems suspect at best. when he says

him a check thirty days later.

under ordinary circumstances, his answer
wouldn't seem suspicious, but his previous
correspondence has made me skeptical
of his motives. at this point, i don't have
the heart to ask him to "elaberate" as all
past attempts have been mosty "futile".

anyway, it's at this point in our correspendence
that i aslo start wondering if this is scam, as
it becomes apparent he hasn't wanted to answer
the question of delivering the videos and many
others too.

With all due respect Simon I did not find him a cheap ass pain. He was needing information and I gave it to him and made a nice sale.

After he was comfortable and learned a few things I upsold him 30 more sets for $199 dollars and will host his new site on my server for free.

I suggest that next time you get a buyer like this you take the time to learn what the guy is all about and why he has so many questions. If you need any assistance from me you are welcome to ask and I will provide it.

The guys was fine by me. Polite as can be. He just need some hand holding. I have seen your content and it is nice but it is no better or worse than anything else out there. You love it because you made it but that does not mean shit for someone who is buying it. There are about 50 other content providers out there with similar or better content than what you have and in that case it all comes down to price, service and selection. I have over 600 different videos for sale so if I sell some for 6.50 cents each there are plenty more for me to sell that one client. And there are 1000 webmasters who can afford video sets at 6.50 while there are only 10 who can afford each set at 65.00. It is just a numbers game my friend. You would never sell your stuff that inexpensive becuase you can't. You do not have enough videos to do that anbd you cannot deliver them fast and quick enough as well. I know you think that your videos are some super quality but they are not. They are just porn videos much like the 600 videos I have on SoBeGirl and all the others out there. I used to think that the vids I shot were the best in the world and I could get lots of money for them but now I realize that porno video is just a commodity - especially in today's market. Do you know that from Europe you can buy Exclusive videos for just $00 ?? Yes it is true. Good luck with your sales. I have looked at your vids and they are pretty nice. I don't know what you are charging but for the right price they seem like they might do ok for most paysite owners.

yes my sales are fine..and the reason you have 600 vids is because it looks like AMAJOE sold you 599 scenes..Even if I had a 1000 scenes why would I lower the value..yes you can sell to 1,000 webmasters cheap, then your shit is deluted and then no customers buy the site, because they seen the same shit on another site..I sell to a selected few and I sell a selected amount of sets..because it's not about the webmasters, it's about how he can keep the customers happy..You are not seeing the big picture ..the webmaster is NOT the consumer, he is the partner...you have content, he has the means to market and sell to the REAL CUSTOMER..if he has good stuff he will promote it better...I agree,,porn is porn..
