A house is a house is a house. Our payment is about what a cheap apt goes for and we'll own it soon. Sure it was built in 1913 and the old man has almost totally redone it all (will have redone it in toto when he's done) but we double the payment usually and it adds up fast. I look great on cutoffs, workboots and my (yes MY) toolbelt. lol But we have a solid brick house that has stood the test of time and is still here! Bulletproof for the normal street weapons as well. lmao

SD, the old man has found tons of really old car parts online. There are several junkyards in southern Ohio that have alot of the old stuff. They are nationally networked so they can find anything anywhere if it exists. He used to be into old cars and got parts that way. Mid 50's to 70 or so. Might want to check that way. But his opinion on a 66 LeSabre is: buy a old Geo. Its just not got the book to be worth the cost of repairs. And odds are the guy will want a storage fee so you might want to sign the title and leave it on his door on your way out of town. Saves him spending money to buy a salvage title.
