GFY is a sounding board for me, not a church. If I really thought this letter was serious, I would never ask anyone for advice besides my lawyer - however, my lawyer charges $50 just for me to call and ask if she's available, so I tend to make my own calls on most stuff.

I do appreciate the "get a lawyer" replies though, it realy shows that some people on here care and would rather help someone out than look like they know what they are talking about.

The main place i promote LL is through the cobrand, so I'm more interested in if LL has something to say about this (such as "Don't worry Wolfy, I got it handled!"). We shall see :D
