    Anybody having problems from surfers with bellatlantic ISP's

    I use pennywize and everything has been going smoothly for months..Now all of a sudden, I'm getting a lot of people being blocked and they have bellatlantic isp's...I've never had this happen before and it seems that every last person is using bellatlantic...

    Is there some new way bellatlantic handles their customers or is there something fishy going on here?
