All of my cards failed the auth process as well. Seems our (Canadian) banks don't properly support CVV2 for their needs, or at least Royal doesn't.

I got an account setup for me through a sponsor, but I don't think I can load it, so it's really quite useless to me.

check your account and make sure its not in there. i tried loading some cash two days ago and it said it didnt go thru and that i should contact them. so i figured i would check my balance first and it was in there. go figure

Paypal mastercard is not accepted anywhere that does any fraud measures, some reason it doesn't add up, at least in canada. Try using it somewhere like ccbill or ibill, you will get denied too.

I like Epassporte fine. I did some business with some Russians who seemed for a while to be having a hard time finding a way to pay me. Finally I got an Epassporte account and card and had them pay me that way. Yesterday I took the card and got crisp green folding Amerikanski cash out of a slot in the wall. Damn I love globalization.
