I read this long series of posts from start to finish just now. I did read him saying it costs $1500 only during certain months, but why would spacedog leave it to the last minute to move out?
He knows the price is going up to $1500, so why wouldn't he move out months ago?
Or find something a few months ago and set the move-in date to be the same time as the rent goes up.
