I don't think anybody will give you some venture capital for a site if you don't have any experience and just want to do it.Better look for some affiliate programs and build up your own site with the money you earned from it if you are good enough.Most ppl who won't suceed with promoting sites of other ppl won't suceed with their own paysite too.
