I just read it. The judge was very articulate and obviously was a reasonable person. The defense's submission of the 'mainstream' videos and the expert witness accounts, was both needed and obviously presented correctly.
Congrats to Sweet Entertainment for realizing the value of a good defense, and not accepting a plea.
