And have always been on Joe's side because ethically you fucked him over by what you did. I have always allowed that the deal u did do with Joe might be ok legally, judge might say Joe just made a very bad deal and should have got everything in writing - you did pay for those movies to resell as web content. You fucked him over royally when you made those movies worthless by seling them for nothing just because you got scared of Jonathan Silverman's Content Blowout.

                                          BUT NOTHING was ever discussed nor written between you and Joe about you having any rights beyond licensing web content. You have ZERO right to sell DVD rights to that content - you have ZERO ownership ZERO copyright to those movies.

                                          You also make a fool of yourself offering DVD rights for 25 dollars a pop - do you know how much of a rube it makes you look like? Do you think anybody with the ability to market adult DVDs is going to have any confidence buying content at that price? First thing that will enter their mind is that you are a small time scammer. And they would be right.

                                                          The secondary producer will be considered a victim, likely ordered to C&D, and opens another suit; "Secondary Prod". VS "SOBE".
