What's a good handheld web surfing/ email device to buy?

I don't want to lug my laptop to Amsterdam.
What's a good hand held device that I can surf the web, check email, and that can run ICQ?

    Thank's in advance,

              NOKIA COMMUNICATOR

It's a phone that opens like a book with a built in organizer, computer, browser, miniature keyboard with ALL of the keys, voice recorder... it pretty much does everything. It's my favorite new toy.
