Thats actually what i do for a living, heres a short speal about what Id need

Prices are based on color-seperated, camera ready PMT or digital art at resolution of 600 dpi or greater. For halftones send actual size, seperated spot color, no trapping. Exact-size film positives must be color seperated.
Half tones must be a maximum of 53 line screen.

          Digital Artwork
Art can be sent on a 3.5" disk, Zip, CDMac: Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, Quark, Corel Draw 8.0
IBM: Corel Draw 8.0. Do not use MS Word !
EPS files must include print-out of artwork and screen and printer fonts.
JPEG, TIFF, PDF files must be 300 dpi or greater. Typesetting of all fonts are at no charge, including all twists.
A color print must be received with all multi-color art.
Faxed art can not be used for logos, it does not scan !
Tiny ? copyright circles may be illegible !
Right/Left side is defined by right/left hand of wearer.
Details on cloth will not be as defined as well as they appear on paper.

We use Adobe Illustrator 10 I'll download icq and contact you if you are interested, though you probably wont want me to do it because Im new to the boards, but I do work for Home Depot, have done some Coca Cola products before...

used to be a program called Adobe Streamline that would convert a bitmap image into vector format - it's probably still around but you'll want somebody who knows what they're doing.
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

Streamline sucked...wasn't too effective. Only worked on certain images.

Most printers can work with layers from Photoshop files of 150DPI or higher. Just make sure you render all of the font layers.

                Good luck.

I have 4,000 different fonts, and work with 600dpi or higher.

Have done this kind of work for the last 7 years.
