if it was never heard of you could rename it to "mukamusha" and register the .com for $7. Then spend $x in branding the niche. Most likely x = huge.

Definately give it a shot - and try finding some partners who can help build/brand/produce or whatever you need.

Alternatively - if you have the cash, hire a producer to shoot, outsource the sitebuilding, purchase some SEO and targeted traffic, buy management scripts and hire someone to update etc etc...
