can't tell how much traffic you need but you sure need more than 3k to get good sales and some sponsors converting good

Give our hosted galleries a try and try to boost your site in traffic and I'm sure you will do good

It's a pretty nice site

On just 3k pretty much everything sux unless it's 3k SE traffic

3k traffic a day is not enough to be hoping for daily sales. If it's a niche tgp I think you would need about 10 times that much to be earning money on a daily basis. It depends on the quality of your traffic. It's really hard to say exactly how much you will need.
