Considering you have to give them your banking account and credit card info to even use the system, it would probably help to give you real info.

One thing is sure is that I'll never give my credit card number to them.. they screwed me by closing my account for no legit reasons too.. saying there was maybe an unauthorized third party who got access to my account maybe.. which was total bullshit.Comment

You just have to be very careful when and where you give out real info about yourself. You can never be too careful on matters like this especially those involving money.Comment

I do several thousand of dollars in transactions with paypal per month and no problems.
Its true some webmasters had a problem especially when it comes to adult related things, but if you keep a straight 100% clean record then its not an issue.
PS> In any case I always withdraw money to the bank account ASAP especially since it costs you nothing

some tips for paypal
if your traveling call paypal and let them know so if the ip's dont match up or you use the credit/debit card they wont freeze your account.
dont use a proxy or a web based proxy service to access your account
dont use an email having to do with porn,spam,mlm etc in your account. paypal seems to be ran by a church who doesnt allow sex.
if you plan on sending/recieving lots of transactions of high value make sure you let paypal know before hand
whenever there is a problem with your account, for example it was frozen, make sure you call them up on the phone every day and ask for an update on the status of your account
when you recieve money from a person you dont know or doesnt have any references from people you can trust tell them they must include thier verified shipping address along with payment. After they send payment ship them whatever it is, even if its just sig space burn a cd with a txt file saying "insert ad here" and ship it out through fedex/ups within 10 days. Later down the road of they reverse payment you simply provide this to paypal and they will give back your money.
never leave lots of money in paypal, send as much as possible directly to your bank or request a check.
try to verify as much information as possible, have a confirmed credit card, bank account, and shipping address on file. Paypal is less likely to freeze your account if you have all this verified.
its not 100% but it will help out a little with paypals nazi type account termination.Comment

definately use real info, when i was 14 or 15 i opened an online gaming account with fake info (for obvious reasons) and one day my little brother decided to delete half of my pc files, one of them was the password to the gaming account. i therefore lost everything, and it was quite a few thousand dollars, which for me at the time was a fuckloadComment
