Topbucks accepts spamming affiliates?

I keep getting spammed by the same guy two, three times a day.

I forwarded his affiliate ID to Topbucks support November 8th, and he's still going.

They haven't replied to me, and haven't stopped him, so I guess that's acceptable practice for them. I can't find anything about it in their TOS.

I know a lot of you, including myself, won't promote sponsors that pay spammers, and since Topbucks won't respond to me or disable this guy's account I thought you should all know.

If anyone from TB is out there perhaps you could clarify your stance on spamming affilates, as nobody at TB appears to be reading or responding to your listed support email address. Thanks!

I thought all sponsors accepted spammers?

But no its called bulk marketers...

Also...Normally they go along saying oh yeah they are canned...Just to either assign them a new id or just continue using the old one...

or they just didn't get the email (it happens) or they term'd his account and the spammer is still going anyway... ya never know

or maybe they are turning a blind eye. Who knows.

ok, 1st off the sites in bootys sig dont belong to him. you not sending them traffic isnt going to change the way he sleeps at night

2nd, why not block the emails? or auto folder them? if its the same shit time after time surely you have some form of spam filter to block it

and lastly, does this look like topbucks aff board? na, its not. odds are no one from topbucks will ever read this thread. so with that in mind, all you are doing is bitching to a ton of people who dont give 2 fucks about whats going on in your email box (unless ofcourse you are a buyer, and if thats the case, can i get your email addy?)

You can use everything but SPAM of course. We have a strong policy against SPAM and we will report to authorities any affiliate using that kind of method to promote our site. We hate SPAM as much as our users!

My bad. Many people on this board I find doing this kind of BS are usually reps for their own little program, not just shameless nickel and dimers trying to get a webmaster referral. It's a shame, I think it gives the sponsors a bad name to have affiliates aggravating other webmasters by polluting their threads.

I get relatively little spam because I'm careful with posting my email address. The spam I do get, I usually run a visroute on and check the TOS of the host ISP, or the ISP above them, then send them an email to let them know there's a spammer on their network. Most people tolerate spam, I fight it, as it's inconsiderate. People harass me, I harass them back.

Lots of affiliate program reps DO read this board, so I thought I would give it a shot. Seeing as Topbucks isn't responding to their own support email, perhaps this was a better avenue.

I don't buy from companies that employ telemarketers, and I don't promote programs that pay spammers. Many people feel the same as I do in that regard.
