    What kind of video card should i get?

    i dont play any computer games, but i need a video card for dual monitor output. i'm buying another 19" monitor and need a card that can support 2 monitors. what are some good models to check out?

    Stick with ATI all in wonder they the best all around cards. I run a triple monitor setup all ati. Although I opted for 3 video cards for greater speed!

        is dual monitor standard now or does it have to say it in the specs?

          I've always liked nvidia for the quality of their drivers. Whatever you decide, don't buy the cheapest brand you find. They tend to cut corners on the quality of some components.

            You mean single cards in dual+ configs? They all do that but some are more compatible with each other than others. I say stick with one brand.

              you can usually find a dual output nvidia geforce4 card at a reasonable price, thats what i use and it works great

                i picked up a Matrox P650 (DUAL DVI) for my 2 LCD's...

                Works perfect..
