                                            I don't think it has anything to do with growing up in a small town, or the black man or white women prize, on their arm it mostly depends on the crowd you hang around. It hasn't always been like this... judging from Prof Levine's research on 1800s culture in the US, men (of all ethnicities) were trained to be smooth talkers. I guess there's less emphasis in the general culture on seduction/smooth talk.
