    No offense to those of you that live by the Low Carb Diet, but this is funny. I know that Atkins works for some people and kudos to those, but I belive in eating a rounded diet and watching caloric intake as opposed to lowering carbs.

    Regardless, if you have a sense of humor, you should find this link amusing.

                              That's really funny!


                              I work at a restaurant, and so many people don't get bread with their meal, but then they'll order like a huge steak (which is according to the diet), mashed potatoes, and brocoli with a ton of cheese and butter sauce.
                              I'm like "yeah, that was a great attempt to work the diet". I don't get how people can think that eating a ton of fat can help them lose weight, but some act like if you eat bread or pasta, then your a fat ass and are going to hell.
                              It's cool that yeah, it does work for some people I guess...but you have to do other things like exercise and getting enough sleep and stuff.

                              I just think it's funny.
