                                              Selling on commission is only 50% skill and 50% the product you are selling. A sales rep isnt going to be able to make a living on commission to a shitty site (not saying anyone's site is shitty here) that no one wants to promote.

                                                  after I'd been in business for 3 or 4 years I read some books, one was really good. You would not have thought so by looking at the cover. I learned one very very important think from it. Was well worth reading just for this one thing, got other stuff out of it also.

                                                          I think a sales rep needs to understand the product or service they are representing and the marketplace it is intended for. They need to understand the needs of the potential clients and how to over come objections! Follow through, follow up and close!
