"Platinum Bucks have ZERO-TOLERANCE for SPAMMING, cheating and unethical Internet business practices. This includes any and all outlets such as UNSOLICITED BULK E-MAILS, IRC, news groups. Any site Operator found to be utilizing any of the above mentioned, or other unethical Internet business practices will be dropped from our programs. Any accounts owed will be forfeit and we may pursue legal action."

You guys are a lying pathic excuse for a professionally run company. After one of your affiliates SLAMS some of my boxes for over a week....your not going to cut him from your program as you describe in your TOS? What happened to "ZERO-TOLERANCE"?

What you should have said in your TOS is that you DO ALLOW spamming and you'll protect anyone who get's spamming complaints because your so fucking money hungry that you won't even honor your own fucking TOS.

Take your "ZERO-TOLERANCE" for spammers and shove it up your fucking ass. YOU SUCK!!!

I hear ya !!! I hate it and very few enforce their "ZERO TOLERANCE" statements.

I despise having to sort through hundreds of emails daily and possibly deleting legit ones in the midst of all the spam...and I don't mean just viagra and the norm, I'm spammed for sites with all the major sponsors, some I used to promote until I couldn't get them to enforce their TOS and stop spamming me

But you really must be reasonable. I understand that spam sucks -- I get a fucking boat load every day -- but to just go to the boards?

Adam asked you nicely to have your email removed from the list. This is a service we provide for any customer or webmaster. Regardless of whether we terminated a webmaster or not -- is it not best to get removed from his list in the end???

This webmaster mailed our $50 weekend bonus over the weekend, and Monday morning you hit the boards???

Have you read the TOS for 99% of the programs?

Did you know that you can do the exact same thing for 99% of the programs if you are a mailer? As long as the complaints are not to high you are clean to role in the mail.

It has been this way for YEARS... Not just PB but every other major program and most of the lesser programs.
