    Who here owns a puppy

    This is my little guy
    he is a mini doxie , I named him Lex Luther
    He is a handful and I am amazed at how smart
    these little guys really are!

          Puppies are definitely a handful but when you look at a cute face like that it's sure hard to get mad at them for chewing up your favorite slipper!

                                                              He doesn't snore actually. At least so far.

                                                              I am crate training him and giving him treats everytime he goes outside. It seems to be working, but to be honest, he is still a little young for me to completely know if he is catching on.

We have a lab/pit mix that just turned a year old on Valentine's day. Not a pup anymore, but he thinks he still is a lap dog (even @ 80 lbs!). Seeing all these pics makes me want another (smaller!) puppy. That pug - wow, those eyes!

                                                                                                                                      Saw a cute toy rat terrier @ the pet store last week - you could keep him in a hamster cage he was so tiny - lol I'd get one but I'd be afraid our big pup would eat him for breakfast.

                                                                                                                                          crate trained Luther but back when he was
                                                                                                                                          still only 3 months old he didnt know how to
                                                                                                                                          bark so he would just go the door but If I was
                                                                                                                                          not by the door to see him want out then he
                                                                                                                                          would just go on the floor so I decided to hang
                                                                                                                                          a bell tied with ribbon to the door knob that goes
                                                                                                                                          all the down to the floor and everytime I took him
                                                                                                                                          to the door I would take his paw and tap the bell
                                                                                                                                          and say go outside for potty and then about a week
                                                                                                                                          later he caught onto the bell was hitting it himself when
                                                                                                                                          he wanted out so now no matter where I am in the house
                                                                                                                                          I can here him ring the bell when he wants out. Also since
                                                                                                                                          the bell there has been no accidents in house
