I see no nothing too bad in McD but indeed you gotta be careful about what you eat, how you eat and how much.
Back in USSR I remember some towns where there no any other foodstuff in sale except bread, milk and pasta. People were fat and unhealthy there. But they just did not have any choice.
I like McD sometimes but I would not ever eat that everyday all day long. And this is really not what all this fast food is meant for.Comment

seriously, the restaurant I used to work at served top steaks, prime cut, but we got them for like $2, cause we ordered 1000 at a time, doesn't mean the steak is cheap or bad meat, just means we ordered a lot...
