Also in need of merchant account, not quite at $100k a month yet and nobody seems able to do merchant accounts unless they are processing 100k minimum a month. Not exactly easy to jump in. Anyone know of a place that will take $50K +?

For a US company, you need the volume, there are very few US banks left that want to manage risk period, much less on such a small scale. Keep in mind that a bank works on a much larger picture and they want to keep their assets protected and their risk minimized. The rules for banks to process high risk are very tight these days, especially in the US...
