Any TGP script will do this, just dump all incoming submissions instead of listing them.

Just empty out the queue. Delete all incoming submissions instead of approving them. Just clear them out of the database.

Your TGP will be practically worthless.

Anyone submitting to it will be using an AutoSubmitter and will never see your page.
