well it has to be AMERICAN right, which means it was filmed in the united states which would rule out the lord of the rings films. I am going to say titanic at a whopping 200 million. but if your talking about anywhere, harry potter and the goblet of fire is supposed to be the most expensive single film ever at 380 million.Comment
