With the kind of medical technology that is availiable nowadays the chances are pretty slim.
And the chances are almost non-existant if you take into account that "volunteer" blood transfusion is needed in extreme situations - like a bad car accident when you loose large amounts of blood and need to replace it very quick without doing the tests.Comment

If AIDS was casually spread you can be sure that they would have had a cure or at least long term treatment before 1990. All along those that control the money and those that support them have looked at AIDS funding as "funding curing miscreants" while denying the crossover factor. It's still working.
