                              You're wrong there.. domains like that can be risky legal ground. People have been jailed over obscene/misleading domain names.

                                      I don't know for sure if you can be jailed for a domain name that implies something illegal, but I highly doubt it.

                                      What you can be jailed for is registering typo domains that are not related to porn and pointing them at porn sites.

                                      Perhaps that is what stevo is thinking of.

                                                          I don't care what the motives are or what one actually does with such a domain, it is a dirty tactic and only draws in those sick minded individuals looking for such content. Those who have those domains shouldn't be surprised when the law comes knocking or if they get charged in some way for contributing. Don't think it can happen? Read and watch more than your local news. Could be why they let you register those domains. Just waiting to nail ya.

                                                          Things like this are what causes the government and society as a whole to judge and scrutinize this industry as they do. Wake the hell up people and stop acting so damn juvenile. Take out the trash rather than defend it and you may find the situation improving.
