I'm making some business moves that require expansion. I hate outsourcing because I lose all control over the end products but I need people for various projects.

I'm looking to build a team utilizing local talent so that if you fuck me over, I can easily hunt you down and kill you without having to fly to Manila to do it.

In some cases I am looking for full time employees and in other cases I may just need local people for a project here and there.
