What sort of remote hosted "scripts" could you use that would make your life easier. Be it that you don't have PHP support on your virtual account, don't have the $ to pay for scripts or you just don't know how to go about getting the exact tool you want/need?

Would you put up a guestbook, a forum, a poll script on your website if the option was given to you? These tools would be completely free, and remotely hosted so there would be zero bandwidth cost to you.

Picture of the day, hour, minute?
    Random thumb?
    Random gallery?

    Let's hear some ideas.

i just saw your box... that spamming is lame.

personally, i'd rather host the stuff myself. in most cases, the bandwith involved is negligible, and you get more control over everything.

however, if i was a newb or i didn't have php/cgi/whatever on my hosting account, there are definetly a few remote scripts i wouldn't mind.

a hosted forum would be awesome and could potentially hold many money making opportunities. a hosted mailing list would be great as well. guestbooks are always fun too so long as URLs can't be posted.

Mailing list.. good call. And the ability to post URLs and email addy would need to be stripped on the community services, yes.

I would like a gallery rotater that I can put into my site that I can use my own galleries on that can be used on free host.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
