It's definitely a huge time-waster, but it's one of the only things I can do that will IMMEDIATELY take my mind off of work. I think it's important to give my head a break from porn and the constant brainstorming of new and creative ways to exploit myself. Video games provide me with something inconsequential to hyperfocus on.

The big problem is not knowing when to stop. I hate myself when I play so long that I'm not even having fun anymore.

How much video game time is a break and how much is a waste?
