                                                      I'm another borderline who's been put on mild meds for a while. Sometimes it hits the high 150s/90s (especially at the doctor's office), but others it's in 120s/70s. I'd say my average is 130s/80s. I find that a low salt diet, some weight loss, and jogging 5 times a week helped more than the meds. I don't want to go back on them, but higher BP does run in the family so it might be inevitable. I've got a good Omron machine and check myself a lot.
