    2nd possible tsunami! Warnings broadcasted.

    NEW DELHI, India (Reuters) -- The state government in India's Tamil Nadu state, one of the areas hardest hit by Sunday's Indian Ocean tsunami, issued a tsunami alert on Thursday and warned people to leave coastal areas.

    Police said aftershocks in the Andaman and Nicobar islands, near the centre of the huge earthquake that caused Sunday's tsunami, were "likely" to cause high waves.

                                      It takes 4-5 hours for the waves to hit India from the epicenter of the quake. Not sure when these aftershocks hit but I'm guessing very recent as it was the top headline on the cnn website.

                                                                                                                                                  I heard on the news that the aftershocks are (statistically) around 1.5 weaker than the original earthquake.. This is of course the maximum they reach, so i'd guess a 7.5 would be the max, however most are a lot weaker.
