Anybody who is serious about submitting galleries should be using a custom database.
Not all MGP or TGP traffic is created equally. If you're selling mature, for instance, you don't need to be submitting to teen sites.
Further more .. Some traffic won't work for you for other reasons. I constantly weed sites out that list me, but don't make any sales. That traffic simply isn't working for me, so I no need to burn bandwidth.
You don't want to be using the exact same submit list as your competitors .. You really need to customize for your OWN needs.

and one more thing : If you think that some TGP is not selling, just burning your BW, you can easily disable it and you won't submit to it anymore.
And if you think that some great TGP is missing in the database, you can add it by yourself (or suggest it to chameleon guys to be added into database).
If you really think you can customize your database better,
