My country is not on the country list of several companys i was thinking
to promote (Pimproll, ARS, Topbucks, Nastydollars...).

I guess i'll promote all the others ...

Listen,
Sometimes a program guy will ban a certain country after it gives him alot of trouble.. they don't always just ban certain countries. Chargebacks and Fraud are more of a hassle, headache and cost than you can even imagine!
