Yesterday (the 1st) was my birthday. After a nice dinner out, my girlfriend and I decided to drop by Ruth's Chris steakhouse for some dessert. I got an order of their Berries in Sweet Cream and it was delicious; she got a glass of some silly fizzy shit called Bigaro Elio Perrone which actually tasted pretty damn good.
Anyway, I get the bill and... WTF? Oh, noes! Instead of $8.95 (which it has been for a long time), the berries dessert cost over $11! So, if you go to Ruth's Chris specifically for the berries, don't go with exactly $8.95+tax in your pocket because IT WON'T BE ENOUGH MONEY!
I thought I'd share this distressing development with the community because the Berries in Sweet Cream is the only thing worth eating at Ruth's Chris; that place is shit, otherwise. I've eaten at three of them in two different states multiple times each and if it weren't for the berries, I'd never set foot in one, again.
