Ag, brain hurts.. doesn't.. make.. sense.
Nobody is criticising America for not sending enough help. If they didn't help as much as they did, they would be faulted for being the richest country on earth and not sharing the wealth some. It's good they're helping. Awesome. Bully for them.
Go America.
Pretty much every country is giving as much as it can. This isn't a solo effort, and that is so not the point. The point is to help people get through the tragedy as quickly as possible.
