BTW... All these initial figures being mentioned from all over, - they ain't real so hard to condemn any of them. Nobody knows anything yet and till they have any clues, it's meaningless to talk money.
If even the UK govt was stupid enough to say there were offering a million UK pounds as their share of what appears to be the major disaster of our lifetimes, is the day they cease to exist as a government. Next please...
If any govt minister actually said that was their total contrib - they ain't gonna be any govt minister for long :-) It's hardly enough to build an decent office block.
Right now, I'd give credit to those on the ground helping - it is much more relevant that urgent support is there to help save more lives. So far, it seems both the Israeli and French units were there first and US has stuff on the way now.
BTW.. You heard in the UK if they got off their asses yet and any assistance started?
