i just spent a month fixing a ton of stuff that a buddy of mine had after he had 3 of those outsourced guys from overseas working on his stuff. what a friggin mess that was. i had thought about hiring some of them myself, for simple shit, then after is saw what he went thru, screw it. better off doing it yourself, or hiring someone at a decent wage to get it right the first time...

I've just hired my first webmaster (at $800 a month i might add), and he's doing okay.
I had him do alot of repetitive work i didn't like anymore. The shitty part is, i can do that stuff in under 5 minutes a pop, this guy takes well over 10 minutes per job
Oh well, he can do this stuff 8 hours a day, that adds op 
I expected more from this guy, but still, i'm not unhappy afterall.
If someone wants to be my fulltime guy for $200-$300 a month, make sure you hit me up
