Hey, Ive owned 3 differnt types of Piranha's, they are fairly easy to care for. However, ive never owned any Black's, I had a few friends that have and the results were pretty bad. From waht they told me, black Piranha's are so agressive that they eat each other. One guy had bought 3 and kept them in a 180gallon tank, within 2 months only one was left.
Whats funny is, any type of fish will usually kill and eat a sick or dying fish. Theses fuckers would bite at eachother when in perfect health. Ive seen single death bites, lol...Fun to watch though.
But then again, buy 2 and see what happens. At worst you'll lose just one.
