It's valid in around 13 countries I think, check on their site.
However they could of started to chase overseas porn people with their license sales drive. But what they did do was start on another US based industry.
If I had to pick either way I would say non US companies are safer. They will not relish the idea of going overseas to enforce this license, it makes more sense to go after more companies in the US.Comment

Thanks for the feedback, just the excuse I needed to just lay low for starters
If it ever comes down to paying Acacia or cut out my streams I know what I'll do as well.
