                                                        Do I care if Denmark is top of the league of "giving"? No. Someone has to be and I'd at least give them credit for this.

                                                        The US, assuming this is "your country", has done loads of good stuff - that is not in question. Neither was the $15million. "My country" ain't at the top of the list either - I got nothing to boast about!
